The Giardino di Bacco, founded in 1993 by chef and sommelier Salvo Trischitta, offers an innovative Sicilian cuisine: traditional yet light, creative and deeply tied to the territory. Located in an early 20th-century villa in San Giovanni la Punta and, since 2017, also on Via Etnea in Catania, it serves seasonal land and sea dishes paired with over three hundred Sicilian and Italian wine labels.
